Morehouse Herby Horseradish Veggie Dip
Ingredients
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Morehouse Prepared Horseradish
- Zest and juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- ½ cup fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- ½ teaspoon ground white pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Raw vegetables
Instructions
1. Prep the Herbs
- Wash, dry, and finely chop the parsley and dill.
2. Mix the Dip
- In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Morehouse Prepared Horseradish, lemon zest and juice, red wine vinegar, chopped herbs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, white pepper, and cayenne.
3. Taste and Adjust
- Stir well, then taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
4. Serve
- Serve chilled with fresh vegetables.
