Smoked Salmon Rosti with Atomic Dill Sauce
Ingredients
Dill Horseradish Sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Atomic Horseradish
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- A dash of red wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
Rosti
- 4 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 4 tbsp flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 tbsp ghee or peanut oil
Instructions
- Make the sauce
- Mix sour cream, Atomic Horseradish, dill, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Prepare the rosti mixture
- Mix hash browns, egg, egg white, flour, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Fry the rosti
- Heat ghee or peanut oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Scoop ¼ cup of the mixture per rosti, flatten slightly, and fry for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
- Assemble & serve
- Top each rosti with a dollop of sauce and a slice of smoked salmon.
- Serve immediately.
