Instructions
Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes. Cool in cold water.
Prep the Eggs: Peel the eggs, slice them in half lengthwise, and remove the yolks.
Make the Filling: Mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, dill pickle juice, salt, pepper, cayenne, and parsley.
Fill the Eggs: Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Garnish with paprika and more parsley.
