Ingredients

• 1 Large Ripe avocado
• ½ Cup Sour cream
• 1 or 2 tablespoon Hot horseradish, depending on your taste
• 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
• Salt (optional)

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a bowl and blend until very creamy. Use slightly heated over eggs, shrimp or fish. Use cold as a chip dip, veggie dip or sandwich spread.
