Morehouse Sweet and Tangy Turkey Glaze
Ingredients:
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ½ stick of butter
- 2 tbsp Morehouse mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- ½ tbsp garlic powder
Instructions:
- Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, garlic powder, apple cider vinegar, and the essential ingredient: Morehouse Mustard.
- Heat and Stir: Place over medium-low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes smooth.
- Add Cayenne: Add cayenne pepper to taste, stirring to combine.
- Simmer: Let the glaze simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Brush and Roast: Brush the glaze over your turkey during the last 20-30 minutes of roasting for a beautifully golden, flavorful finish.
