Atomic Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives
Ingredients:
- 20 large green olives, pitted
- 4 oz blue cheese
- 1 tbsp Atomic Horseradish
Instructions:
- Place the blue cheese in a sealed ziplock bag and submerge it in warm to hot water for ~5 minutes to soften.
- Open the bag, add the horseradish, and reseal. Knead the bag thoroughly to ensure the ingredients are fully combined and the mixture is smooth.
- Snip off a small corner of the bag and pipe the mixture into the pitted olives.
- Chill the stuffed olives for at least 30 minutes before serving.
