Morehouse Honey Mustard Turkey Glaze
Ingredients:
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Morehouse mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
- Optional: ½ tsp garlic powder for extra flavor
Instructions:
- Combine Ingredients: In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, Morehouse mustard, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder if using.
- Heat and Stir: Place over medium-low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes smooth.
- Add Cayenne: Add cayenne pepper to taste, stirring to combine.
- Simmer: Let the glaze simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Brush and Roast: Brush the glaze over your turkey during the last 20-30 minutes of roasting for a beautifully golden, flavorful finish.
