Atomic Horseradish Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup sugar 
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar, tightly packed 
  • 1/3 cup water 
  • 2/3 cup orange juice 
  • 12 oz cranberries, rinsed and picked through 
  • 1 tablespoon Atomic Extra Hot Horseradish

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine sugars, water, and orange juice. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add cranberries and cook over medium heat until they burst, about 10 minutes.
  3. Allow mixture to reduce until desired consistency
  4. Remove from heat, stir in the Horseradish, and let cool.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
