Atomic Horseradish Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar, tightly packed
- 1/3 cup water
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 12 oz cranberries, rinsed and picked through
- 1 tablespoon Atomic Extra Hot Horseradish
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugars, water, and orange juice. Bring to a boil.
- Add cranberries and cook over medium heat until they burst, about 10 minutes.
- Allow mixture to reduce until desired consistency
- Remove from heat, stir in the Horseradish, and let cool.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
