Morehouse Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 
  • 1½ teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Morehouse yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dill pickle juice
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley, plus more for garnish
  • Paprika, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes. Cool in cold water.
  2. Prep the Eggs: Peel the eggs, slice them in half lengthwise, and remove the yolks.
  3. Make the Filling: Mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, dill pickle juice, salt, pepper, cayenne, and parsley.
  4. Fill the Eggs: Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Garnish with paprika and more parsley.
