Morehouse Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1½ teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Morehouse yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon dill pickle juice
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley, plus more for garnish
- Paprika, for garnish
Instructions:
- Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes. Cool in cold water.
- Prep the Eggs: Peel the eggs, slice them in half lengthwise, and remove the yolks.
- Make the Filling: Mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, dill pickle juice, salt, pepper, cayenne, and parsley.
- Fill the Eggs: Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Garnish with paprika and more parsley.
