Horseradish and Chive Compound Butter Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 block (8 oz) high quality butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons Morehouse Prepared Horseradish
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Lemon Zest to taste
Instructions:
- Soften the Butter: Let the butter soften at room temperature.
- Mix Ingredients: Combine the softened butter, Morehouse Prepared Horseradish, grated garlic, chopped chives, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Shape: Roll the mixture into a log using parchment paper or plastic wrap.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
Serve: Slice and use on steaks, vegetables, or bread. Store leftovers in the fridge.
