Horseradish and Chive Compound Butter Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 block (8 oz) high quality butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Morehouse Prepared Horseradish
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Lemon Zest to taste

Instructions:

  1. Soften the Butter: Let the butter soften at room temperature.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Combine the softened butter, Morehouse Prepared Horseradish, grated garlic, chopped chives, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  3. Shape: Roll the mixture into a log using parchment paper or plastic wrap.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.

Serve: Slice and use on steaks, vegetables, or bread. Store leftovers in the fridge.
