Lori’s Homemade Roast Beef Sandwich
- French baguettes
- Thinly sliced roast beef
- Sliced cherry tomatoes
- Sliced arugala
Ingredients for sauce:
- ⅓ of a cup of mayo
- 1 tablespoon of ATOMIC HORSERADISH SAUCE
- About a teaspoon of rosemary
- A bit of sour cream (optional, to weaken the heat)
Instructions:
Warm/toast and cut French baguettes length wise and fill with thinly sliced roast beef, sliced cherry tomatoes and arugula. The “icing on the cake” is the sauce. Whisk together the mayo, ATOMIC HORSERADISH SAUCE, and rosemary. Add a bit of sour cream if you want to “weaken” the heat.
